WHAT MAKES KONO PIZZA DIFFERENT?

Kono Pizza is introducing America to a healthier and more convenient alternative to traditional pizza. We are changing the way America eats pizza! We believe that innovation is the lifeblood of any successful company. With Kono Pizza, customers are treated to authentic Italian pizza recipes, with the convenience of a cone!

WHAT IS THE COST OF OPENING A KONO PIZZA FRANCHISE?

The total investment range is estimated from $75,000-$330,000, depending on what type of locations you open.

To qualify to start our education process, you’ll need to show available liquid capital of $70,000, plus the right attitude and skill sets!  See “Investment” for more information.

HOW MUCH IS THE FRANCHISE FEE?

$39,000 for a single unit. We also offer discounted three-unit, five-unit and ten-unit franchise fees to select candidates.

ARE THERE ONGOING FEES PAID TO KONO PIZZA?

Yes, Famiglia in the Kono Pizza system pay a weekly royalty equal to 6% of gross sales. The fee entitles you to continued use of the Kono Pizza name and trademarks, access to our operating systems, marketing assistance, new product design, ongoing business consulting and other benefits the come along with being an Owner in the Kono Pizza organization.

HOW MANY LOCATIONS ARE THERE?

Worldwide, there are now 140 open locations operating in 20 countries across Europe, Australia and Asia. In the United States, there are already over 50 units in development, with aggressive expansion in the works for 2017 and beyond.

IS EVERY MARKET STILL OPEN?

We are actively awarding franchises in all markets across the United States. However, Kono is a hot, ground-floor opportunity, so new markets will quickly by snapped up. And as such, no promises of availability can be made.

WHERE DO KONO PIZZA LOCATIONS LIVE?

HOW LONG WITH IT TAKE TO OPEN A STORE?

Once a location is secured and the construction permit has been issued, construction usually takes 8-10 weeks.

DO I GET HELP IN FINDING AND BUILDING MY LOCATIONS?

Kono Pizza boasts some the most talented franchise, real estate and construction professionals in the business, ready to help our Franchise Owners find the best available locations, and get them open quickly!

AS AN OWNER, DO I NEED TO BE FULL-TIME OR "HANDS ON"?

Kono Pizza, as a simple and efficient business model, allows for Owners that don’t need to be “hands-on”. A Kono Franchise Owner can run his/her store with 8-10 part-time employees and one full time manager. We are looking forward aggressive entrepreneurs who can focus on opening additional locations, while their Managers handle the day-to-day operations of each of their existing locations.

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I MAKE WITH MY KONO BUSINESS?

Our numbers are impressive, but unfortunately the Federal Trade Commission doesn’t allow Franchisors to discuss this with you until you have been qualified and received a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). To get access to this document,  you’ll simply need to fill out our initial questionnaire and show that you meet our initial requirements. WHAT MAKES A KONO CONE SO GOOD?

Kono cones are filled with fresh, quality ingredients. The dough and sauce are imported straight from Italy. Nothing is pre-made or re-heated, and all cones are made-to-order using only high-quality ingredients prepared that very day. They feature a thinner crust and low-moisture cheese. All ingredients used in the making of Kono cones have been approved by the chef in Italy, and for all these reasons, there is nothing on the market that comes close to a Kono Pizza cone!

IS IT DIFFICULT TO MAKE KONO CONES?

The Kono business model has been tested and developed over 10 years in markets all across the world. And now, the model is perfectly simple. One revolutionary Kono Oven can cook up to 100 cones per hour! It’s that easy!

DOES KONO HAVE A BREAKFAST MENU?

Kono Pizza has a variety of breakfast cones, called Kono Colazione including popular combinations such as sausage, egg, and cheese, or bacon, egg, and cheese, just to name a few.

DOES KONO HAVE A DESSERT MENU?

We have a variety of Sweet Cones (Kono Dolce) for the customer to indulge in to finish off their lunch or dinner. Kono Pizza also offers lower-calorie dessert options! The best-selling dessert cone is the Nutella Classico, which includes Nutella, nuts and fresh bananas. Other options include TaramisuNutella Rosso (The Classico but with strawberries).

WHAT IS THE COST OF A KONO PIZZA MEAL FOR THE CUSTOMER?
